We collect information you provide directly: name, email, and business details when you book a call or send an enquiry via our contact form or Cal.com scheduling link.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule discovery calls, and (with your consent) send service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
We use Cal.com for scheduling (subject to Cal.com’s privacy policy) and standard Google Analytics for anonymised site traffic.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing scale@stravaxgroup.com.
